Clown Fish for Saltwater Aquariums

The Clown Fish is iconic, and when many people think of a saltwater aquarium, it is the first fish that comes to mind. Clownfish are hardy members of the Damsel family, with huge amounts of feisty personality. Once Clownfish have paired up and found a territory, they will defend it against intruders ten times their size. When setting up an aquarium for the first time, Clownfish are good fish to start with if you plan to have them. There are many varieties of clownfish in the saltwater hobby, including tank bred and raised varieties such as the black ocellaris clownfish.
