These toys hang from the top of the cage and consist of 2" pull-out drawers located on different sides. Birds must open the drawer(s) to access the goodies you put inside. Each drawer has a positive stop to prevent it from falling out or being easily removed. Your bird will enjoy spending his days mastering how to maneuver this toy. Includes metal quick link attachment for easy hanging.

Great toy for cockatoos

Pros:
Engaging, Fun, Durable, Stimulating, Foraging toy
Cons:
Tricky to clean
I put unshelled almonds in this for my Goffin's cockatoo every morning and he opens the drawers and finds the nuts and shells them. He looks forward to this routine every morning, and if I forget, he reminds me. It is a great foraging toy.

My bird likes it

Pros:
keeps him interested
Cons:
drawers do stick at first
I ordered this for my African Grey and he as always was a little afraid at first. It has three drawers and I put his favorite almonds in it. He didn't bother with it right away, so I put a pretzel in the bottom drawer and left it open so he could get food out of it. Well that did it...he cleans it out pretty quick when I put stuff in it and even plays with it when it is empty. The drawers were a little sticky at first, but work fine now and if need be, you could sand them a little.

Good idea, poor execution

Pros:
Drawers
Cons:
Little sliding doors
I thought this was four drawers. It's not. It consists of two drawers (Yay!) but two of the compartments have a slotted 'door' that slides open to put the stuff in. The problem is, that sliding the door open requires a combination of patients and brute force. They do not slide easily and when opened, do not stay in their little 'tracks' when you try to close them. I had a terrible time getting the stuff in this and getting it back closed. This one won't be on the re-order list, that's for sure. If the manufacturer is reading this? Please make it with just all four drawers instead of two drawers and two 'slots'. Then it would be a five star must-have.
