White Cloud
White Cloud, Tanichthys Albonubes, comes to us from the small streams of China. They are very peaceful yet active schooling fish that spend the majority of their time swimming about the tank showing off their brilliant and intricate striping. They are mainly a silvery green with a greenish gold stripe on the upper half of their sides. Below that is a reddish stripe with a red spot on their tails. They are known as one of the easiest aquarium fish to spawn. Water conditions are not critical but water should be kept around 65 to 70 degrees. They grow to be about 1 inch in length and are hardy eaters. They will eat dried as well as live foods. They are a beautiful addition to virtually any aquarium and make a nice showpiece for aquarists of all experience levels.
