Vanuatu Live Rock
Vanuatu live rock has a very rugged appearance that is excellent for aquascaping a new reef aquarium or for adding to an existing aquarium. This rock has not been cured, so it usually require a longer curing time than semi cured or cured rock. The rock may need to be lightly scrubbed during the process in order to remove excessive debris and die off from curing. The advantage with uncured rock is that there is a great opportunity for a wider variety of micro-organisms to arrive in the rock, adding to the diversity of creatures both visible and invisible in your aquarium.
To ensure the safety and well-being of aquarium inhabitants, Live Rock must be cured again prior to placement in any aquarium that houses fish, corals, or invertebrates.
