Tricolor Fairy Wrasse
Tricolor Fairy Wrasse, Cirrhilabrus lubbocki, appears in a number of color variations in shades of pink, purple, and yellow. White body specks are available in some specimens, particularly males. Having a maximum size around 2.5 inches, the Tricolor Fairy Wrasse is active, hardy, peaceful, and reef-safe! As with other members of the Wrasse family, its diet should be carnivorous including meaty frozen foods or Brine Shrimp. A sand bed and Live Rock should be provided for all Wrasses. Live Rock provides numerous small life forms that Wrasses consider a tasty treat as well as another place to hide when they feel threatened. Also known as the Lubbockâs Wrasse, it is a leaper, and therefore requires a covered aquarium.
