Rena SmartHeaters
These submersible heaters can act as a conventional heater, or be used by attaching and working as the intake tube on Rena SmartFilters or Rena Filstar Canister Filters allowing for a less cluttered aquarium. With its tubular design, the water flows through the bottom of the heater up to the top to provide energy efficient heating and prevents temperature variation. These durable, unbreakable heaters feature an LED display that flashes an alert light when the temperature varies +/- 5° from the setting. Temperature can be set between 69° - 93°. UL listed. Your heater should be between 3 to 5 watts per gallon of water.
