Model 354 Ocean Clear Canister Filter
High surface area polybead filter bed supports heterotrophic and nitrifying bacteria to extract ammonia, nitrites, and dissolved organics. Grid and funnel evenly distribute water through seven pounds of high density polyethylene spherical beads trapping particles and organics. Self cleaning with backwash through drain valve. 15" diameter x 14" tall, recommended for ponds and tanks from 500-1200 gallons. Requires a pump with a flow rate of 600-1200 gph. Filter lid is held in place by an 11" threaded ring. Unit comes complete with air vent, drain valve with garden hose threaded fitting, and both 3/4" and 1" hose adapters.
