The Male Blue Cobra guppy is a gorgeous shade of blue that is highly sought after by many aquarists who keep guppies. These Livebearers are easy keepers for the beginning aquarist because they are hardy, peaceful, community safe fish. They are same species compatible. However, you do need to watch inter-species mixing. Do not mix them with “fin nippers”. The ideal living conditions for the Guppy is a ten gallon tank with a temperature range of 75 - 85º F. As an Omnivore, it requires both algae-based (flake) & meaty foods (freeze-dried bloodworms, tubifex, & brine shrimp).
