Leopard Gecko, Mack Super Snow
Leopard Geckos are nocturnal lizards and are native to the dry, rocky, semi-open habitats of Afghanistan, India, Iran, and Pakistan. They become active at dusk when they emerge from their burrows to feed. The Leopard Gecko’s attractive appearance combined with its good temperament and ease of care make it an excellent pet. Wide spread captive breeding has led to an increasing number of interesting color morphs available. These lizards can be housed in groups with only one male per group as adults.
This is a Mack Super Snow Leopard Gecko. The Mack Snow is classified as a Co-Dominant trait. The Mack Super Snow is the result of breeding two Mack Snows together. The Mack Super Snow babies hatch out with a dark gray color and a white stripe down the back. The color will change to a black and white pattern and they have jet black eyes. At the size the babies ship, they will be feeding on small crickets and mealworms. The care for this gem is the same as other leopard geckos. Picture shown is of an adult Mack Super Snow.
