These bulbs emit infrared heat waves and are a great 24 hour radiant heat source. The spot lamp is ideal for nocturnal viewing and will not disrupt normal activity cycle. Can be used in addition to the Exo Terra Repti Glo or Day Glo bulbs for a 24 hour cycle.
