Fluval "E" Series Heaters
These submersible, electronic heaters are equipped with an advanced digital microprocessor monitoring system with dual temperature sensors and utilize VueTech technology that provides an LCD display that changes color if the aquarium water changes +/- 2ºF from the preset temperature. If the temperature changes by more than 5.5ºF the colored screen will flash indicating a potential risk. The LCD is Green when the temperature is safe, Blue if it is too low, and Red if it is too high. Each heater features a heavy-duty, plastic fish guard to protect fish and invertebrates from coming in direct contact with the heater core or glass sleeve. Heaters also come with a secure slim profile mounting bracket with 3 suction cups. The heater simply clips onto the bracket for easy adjustment or removal. Your heater should be between 3 to 5 watts per gallon of water.
