Pros:
Looks good but don't last long!
Cons:
Three out of 5 failed within 2 weeks of installation.
Units are very attractive. Look good but failures are unacceptable. Dealer replaced two, one failed immediately. Failure mode is flat-out heating, will fry whatever is in tank!!!

Pros:
Cheap
Cons:
Won't last a day past the manufacturers warranty
This heater corroded, then stopped working shortly after the manufacturers warranty ended. I asked the manufacturer to replace it anyway, and they wouldn't help out.

Pros:
Durable, Effective, Easy to Use, Safe, Good Value
Cons:
This for a while this was all I would use to heat my tanks, however they dont last long I got about 3 years out of the first one and 2 out of the second one after that I gave up on them. They tend to corrode in takes that are high in alkalinity.

Potentially a great heater

Pros:
Good Value, Effective
Cons:
This heater has all the features I wanted, remote senser, sealed titanium tube, and remote temp setting. The problem is there is no quality control at the factory. Order only from a reliable dealer who will take care of problems as they fail to work straight out of the box. I've had two dead ones out of five. If they test them before shipping they will be a five star.

Pros:
Indestructable, Dry Adjustable Thermostat
Cons:
None
I use one 350 Watt Heater on a 400 Gallon System and still have no problem with the teperature falling below 76 Degrees in the winter. Oh, and did I mention the aquarium is located outside, in a greenhouse sheltered by polycarbonite panels.
