It is also known as the Black Tailed Triggerfish. This fish is a member of the family Balistidae and was named by Linnaeus, 1758. There are no distinguishing differences between males and females. Triggerfish are extremely hardy fish, therefore they are great for those who are just starting in the hobby. Members of the genus Rhinecanthus are not quite as aggressive as other Triggers are, making them a great addition in a medium to large fish only aquarium. Multiple specimens may be kept together with caution. Bursa Triggers should be offered a variety of carnivore preparations as well as pieces of squid and krill, soaked in a vitamin supplement.
