Blue Line Trigger
Blue Line Trigger, Pseudobalistes fuscus, is a fish of outstanding beauty and a comical, boisterous personality. Commonly found in Australian, Red Sea, Indian and Pacific Oceans, it is sometimes referred to as Jigsaw or Rippled Triggerfish. Blue Line Triggers are very hardy, therefore they are great for aquarists of all experience levels. The Blue Line Trigger will display brilliant blue striping with the addition of actinic lighting. This fish is known to make grunting noises and will keep its teeth sharp by picking up rocks and other decorations provided. One can expect the Blue Line to routinely rearrange its environment to its liking. Triggers of the genus Pseudobalistes are not as commonly found in the aquarium hobby as some of their relatives. Blue Line Triggers are carnivores and will eagerly accept a variety of meaty foods multiple times daily.
