This beautiful member of the Anthias family does well in groups of its own kind, but can also be kept as just a single specimen in an aquarium with other fish. In the wild this fish will feed on a diet of zooplankton but in the aquarium it will do well on meaty frozen foods such as Mysis shrimp. Males and females of this fish have different appearances, and the colors will vary but both males and females are very attractive fish.
