All of the live items we sell are guaranteed to arrive alive and remain alive for 14 days from the date of delivery. We will either credit the original purchase price of the item back to the customer’s Petsolutions account, or refund the amount back to the customer’s credit card.

Our shipments are packed using the finest packing materials available to help assure safe delivery. In the event of a loss, never dispose of any dead specimen before speaking to one of our customer service representatives, as you may be asked to return the remains or provide a digital photo of the item.
