Aquafuge Refugiums
Hang-on style refugium to isolate marine life. Provides ideal growth conditions for food items such as copepods and amphipods to feed invertebrates and fish in the main aquarium. Also provides a controlled growing area for macroalgae which can be used to reduce "nuisance" algae in the main tank and provide a "nursery" area for a variety of organisms. Each unit comes with it's own powerhead and features a unique baffle system that prevents the substrate and organisms from being disturbed while allowing enough water to flow to prevent stagnant areas. Small measures 12"L x 4"w x 12"H, medium measures 18"L x 4"w x 12"H, large measures 24"L x 4"w x 12"H.
